Some  responsibilities involved in this include examination of the teeth ,restoring the function and appearance of damaged teeth, removing teeth when necessary, fitting dentures and counseling  patients on oral health. Dentists work in private practice or might be employed in hospitals, clinics, public health facilities or universities.
